- Admission is for children 6 months of age and older. If your child will be playing in our play area, they will need to purchase a Open Play Pass. There is no charge for parents and siblings under 6 months of age.
- Our play areas are a shoe free, socks on facility. No shoes may be worn in our play area, and socks must be worn at all times.

- If you are sick or running a fever, please stay home. If you should become sick while visiting our play space, we will gladly give you a voucher to come play another day. No refunds will be given.
- Please be sure to review our play area rules before you play.
- You may bring in food or snacks from home or other restaurants. We do NOT allow celebrations of any kind involving cake, cupcakes, etc to take place in the lounge area during open play hours. You may however, rent out 1 of our party rooms during open play hours for celebrations such as this.
- If you forgot some snacks at home, don't worry we have some available for purchase.

- Please keep our play areas clean. All food and drink must be kept on the café side. No gum allowed in play areas.
- Please use changing tables in bathrooms to change diapers.
- Please be aware of your children and help to enforce the rules.
